FAQ.

What do you clean and how clean does my oven or BBQ get?

 

We cover and protect your floor => Take the oven door off => Remove all racks, trays, fan cover and self cleaning liners (all deep soaked and cleaned back in our van) => Clean the inside of the oven (we do not remove or move your oven) => Clean door inside, clean and polish outside and clean in between the glass panel to finish off. 

 

After around 1.5 to 2.5 hours, your oven is back to showroom condition.

 

 

What area do you cover?

 

We cover all Sydney and can book you in within a few days depending on your schedule and our routes for the week. 

 

 

Are the products iQ uses non-caustic and safe?

 

Totally safe for your family, non-caustic and fume free, you can use your oven straight away.

 

 

What are the working hours?

              

Monday to Saturday appointments from 8 am to 3:30 pm.

 

 

What if I have to cancel my appointment? 

 

  • Cancel 24 hrs prior for full refund 

  • Under 24 hours $70 fee

  • Transfer to another day once at any time at no cost
